1.      Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of FrontShield GmbH, Rothausstrasse 1, 8280 Kreuzlingen, Switzerland, UID: CHE-110.539.152 (hereinafter “FrontShield”) apply to orders placed via our internet store store.magicanimals.com.

2.      Conclusion of contract

The presentation of goods in our online store does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but is merely a non-binding invitation to the customer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

We confirm receipt of the order immediately by means of an automatically generated e-mail (“order confirmation”). With this we accept your offer.

3.      Restrictions for orders

You can only order from us as a consumer. We do not accept orders from commercial buyers.

The total order value is capped at CHF 999.

4.      Shipping Policy

The prices quoted include Swiss statutory value added tax. Any shipping costs will be added.

When ordering from abroad, customs duties, import sales tax, etc. will be charged as soon as the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges. Customs regulations vary greatly from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for more information.

5.      Delivery

Deliveries are only made within Switzerland, to Brazil and to the USA. We do not deliver to EU customers.

Within Switzerland, delivery is duty free. For deliveries to countries outside Switzerland, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes and other fees.

6.      Return Policy

We do not grant a right of withdrawal. Contracts are binding

7.      Warranty

The statutory warranty regulations apply.

8.      Code of conduct

We have not subjected ourselves to any codes of conduct.

9.      Contract language

The contract language is English.

10.    Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

For disputes arising from this contract, including those concerning its conclusion, the registered office of our company shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction. Swiss law is agreed.
